11.1 Employees who believe they have been subjected to any form of discrimination should report the matter to their supervisor or directly to HR.

11.2 All complaints will be treated with utmost confidentiality and urgency. Retaliation against individuals for reporting discrimination or assisting in investigations will not be tolerated.
